       公司前身源自西北有色金属研究院爆炸焊接研究室(成立于1984年)，1992年钛斗公司创始人高文柱教授作为主要成员，在首批国
家有突出贡献专家李正华教授所带领的团队共同努力下，研制出全球首款钛/铝、铁/铝双金属复合炒锅，产品具有无涂层、健康、节
能、耐用等突出特点。

Established on November 23, 2019, Xi'an Taidou Metal Products Technology Co., Ltd.is a joint-stock enterprise specializing in the research and development,
productionsales of titanium-made consumer products and related services. At present, theCompany has net assets amounting to RMB 50 million. With core
members from Xi'anTianli Metal Composite Materials Co., Ltd., an affiliate of the Northwest NonferrousMetals Research Institute, the Company currently boasts
domestically leading teamcapacity and comprehensive strength.
In 1992, under the leadership of Professor LiZhenghua, one of the first experts toreceive the national outstanding contribution award, the Company's founder
ProfessorGao Wenzhu and other team members jointly developed the world's first titaniumaluminum, iron/aluminum composite frying pot, which boasts outstanding
featuresincluding no coating, health benefits, energy saving, durability and more.
At the turn of the new century, the Company began to explore various advancedtechnology systems, including titanium strip processing, processing of rolledcomposite

years of continuous research and innovation, we havesuccessfully developed a series of titanium composite cookware products withcompletelyindependentintellectual
